FortiSuite brings together Vista Kencana's digital trust services. Through FortiSign, individuals can access digital signing services and apply online for Individual Digital Certificates. Certificates listed below are issued electronically as SoftCert.

Delivery information
Electronic delivery of your SoftCert
Both certificate options on this page are delivered electronically. There is no courier delivery or physical shipment for these SoftCert products.
Estimated issuance: 1–2 business days after submission of a complete application, subject to identity verification and approval. Applications requiring additional verification may take longer.
Delivery method: Electronic certificate issuance, with access or instructions provided through the FortiSign application process.
Customer information
Refund & Return Policy
For Individual Digital Certificates, refund requests may be made within three months of payment if the certificate has not yet been issued. Once issued, a digital certificate is non-refundable under the published policy.
To submit a request, email info@vistakencana.com.my with your order number, application reference, and reason. Vista Kencana will reply with a decision within two business days.
